What is lost along the way? By way of Physical, Spiritual, Mental, Physical and Emotional Health, where we are pressured to do more with less and meet the unrealistic demands of centuries old 'economic theory, that is slow robbing us of time and space to heal,recalibrate and focus on our wellbeing, we are always denied a chance to be present by refusing to acknowledge the past, to busy to be present and not having any agency over over future by the overbearing metronome of our existence that is Time.
