Stryx, Jewellery Quarter
Stryx is proud to present the second iteration of the Motherhip Residency. This residency was designed specifically for mother creatives with children aged 0-5 (pre-school).
Through this programme we seek to support mothers who are currently without a dedicated studio space. Our programme is to support the professional development of mother artists / creatives allowing them time and space to return / re-engage with their practices, while encouraging creative experimentation. This residency aims to alleviate some obstacles, by providing a fully funded, supportive space for creative work and reflection, as well as a developmental environment for each artists child.
We are currently hiring for a Play Worker to support children in our creative studio while mothers work.
