(B. 1987, UK) graduated with a MA from The Piet Zwart Institute in 2017, a BA from Goldsmiths, University of London in 2010 and attended The School of the Damned in 2015. Eo is currently living and making work in Rotterdam. During Eo’s time at Stryx, a secular sermon will be given on loneliness and togetherness. Later followed by a 3 character gossipy dance, exploring the notion of the one-women band and gossip’s relationship to friendship and solidarity.
Eo is interested in the power of Embodied states to open up space for entanglement and Intersectionality. Eo looks into how to create mess, passages and a coherent chaos whereby playfulness and joy can be used to explore cultural consciousness. Eo explores the notion of witnessing; spending time with where the narrative of one body begins and ends. Eo works directly with the everyday in order to critique, interrogate and question how and why things operate in the way they do. Eo’s art is often associated with Craft and its historical functionality within Feminist Revolution.
